Sustainability is built into the way we manufacture. By producing in-house and designing for longevity, we reduce waste, unnecessary transport, and premature replacement.
We provide peace of mind throughout the entire manufacturing process. Because we manufacture all of our products in-house, we have greater control, flexibility, and accountability at every stage.
We take our environmental responsibilities seriously. At our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, landfill waste is almost zero. This has been achieved through a £250,000 investment in an advanced waste management system.
The system is automatically fed with sawdust directly from the cutting machines, while other waste materials are shredded and conveyed to a furnace that generates hot air to heat the factory—maximising efficiency and minimising waste.
